Phase 2
Revised Strategy
From that assessment, LexaView executes a plan covering marketing messages, product positioning, sales tools, and field execution. This provides an opportunity for thought leadership and an advocacy plan, including health policy messaging, CMS and HHS comment letters and association introductions that enforces a clear brand strategy.
Phase 3
Field Preparation
