This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your identity unless you have also submitted contact information.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not use contact information submitted through this site to send marketing communications unless you have explicitly requested them.
4. How We Share Your Information
LexaView does not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers. We work with third-party vendors who support our operations, including website hosting, email, and analytics. These vendors receive only the information necessary to perform their specific function and are contractually required to handle it appropriately.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LexaView, our clients, or others.
Business transfers. If LexaView is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify affected parties before any such transfer takes effect.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact information submitted through this site for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up. Client information collected during an engagement is retained for the period required by our professional obligations and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.

7. Your Rights — California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Right to know. You may request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the purposes for which it was collected, and whether it has been shared with third parties.
Right to delete. You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we are required to retain by law or that is necessary to complete a transaction you requested).
Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to opt out of sale. LexaView does not sell personal information. No opt-out action is required.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
